1. Acceptance of Terms
By using TSpeedCDN, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to (1) send spam or malware, (2) conduct DDoS attacks against others, (3) infringe copyright, or (4) distribute content illegal under Thai law. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.
3. SLA & Uptime
We provide 99.9% SLA for Pro and 99.99% for Enterprise. If downtime exceeds the SLA, we will provide service credits on a pro-rata basis. No cash refunds.
4. Billing & Cancellation
Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds for used service.
5. Limitation of Liability
TSpeedCDN is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits due to service interruptions. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the month the issue occurred.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Bangkok.
